Marbella Luxury Weekend

Fashion Show in Marbella Luxury Weekend

Great people of international importance gathered for the event to attend extraordinary presentations of jewellery, cars, boats, art, cuisine and gastronomy in a location as unique as is Puerto Banús.

Some firms took advantage of the occasion by officially presenting some of their new products, as was the case with Be Rich, Barceló and Guarnieri. A host of interesting activities took place over the four days, with exceptional scenery as companies erected their own boutiques and VIP tents, specifically for this event. A few examples of the spectacular parties held by boutiques were those of Elite, Tourbillon Boutique and Bulgari, all of which brought together a very select audience.

In the VIP tents the reception held by Gomez & Molina stood out, with a fashion show from the designer Ángel Palazuelos, PIEDAD DE DIEGO and jewellery from the firm itself, as well as the party held by the brands Salvatore Ferragamo and La Zagaleta, both of which were absolutely spectacular.

Other fascinating events included those of prominent jewellery brands such as Gómez & Molina, who presented the couch purchased by Michael Jackson for his last tour and exhibited it for the first time in Spain, or the tasting of the world’s most expensive ham, a pure Iberian Bellota “Gran Reserva” from the company Arturo Sánchez, valued at €4,000.  Equally as impressive was the “Acrobatic Flying Pizzas Show” by La Pappardella, performed by an extraordinary team of leading acrobatic pizza champions.

The spectacular Luxury Cars and Art Show featured some of the most luxurious automotive brands, as well as the amazing “Gómez Collection”, an exhibition of 24 Porsche 911 GT2s; each one individually decorated by artists.

In the same space, Guarnieri Group presented its main brands: McLaren, Rolls Royce, BMW, MINI, Porsche, Pagani, Fornasari and also an exclusive preview of the American brand Fisker Automotives. Meanwhile, Ascari Race Resort exhibited current and legendary race cars, such as the 1995 F1 Ferrari, of which there are only 3 units worldwide, and Ibericar Benet Mercedes Benz was also present with its exclusive “Wings of a Seagull”.

Included in the automotive world, the car firm Ascari merged its extraordinary cars with the extravagant menu of the restaurant Pravda and the elegance of former haute couture Valentino designer, Florencia Nahmad. The models descended from luxury vessels of Marina Marbella, exhibited before the large audience who came to dock 8 of the port. It was truly a chain of unparalleled events.

In short, it was a weekend full of surprising and interesting events that have consolidated Marbella Luxury Weekend as an unmissable luxury and quality event in the international calendar.
